Refund & Exchange Policy

At Good Girl Outfitters LLC, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.
• Returns must be made with good reason, such as needing a different size.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• If you’re requesting an exchange for size, you’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back, and we’ll cover the cost to send the new item your way.
